Do you offer e-gift cards? 

  • We offer e-gift cards.  Click here to purchase an e-gift card. If you are having any difficulty purchasing your e-gift card, please email us at sales@epicureancoffee.net and we will be happy to help you with your gift.


Can orders be changed after they have been processed?

  • After orders have been placed, they cannot be changed.
  • Double check your quantity, billing information and address prior to placing order.
  • Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any concerns, please contact us at sales@epicureancoffee.net and we will be happy to help you.


Can I set up an order to be fulfilled in the future?

Payment/Billing

What payments do you accept?

  • We presently accept Apple pay, Google pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Because of our site’s card validation requirements, internationally-issued credit and bank cards are not accepted, at this time. Please email sales@epicureancoffee.net to help with any payment issue.


What if I would like to exchange my product or would like a refund?

  • Our number one priority is your satisfaction, so if you have any problem with your order, please reach out to us at sales@epicureancoffee.net, within 14 days of receipt of your coffee, and we will be happy to help you. There are no returns or exchanges, on any coffee given to customer at no charge or (in the buy two coffees get one free offer. The coffee that will be given out as a promotion will be from our supply of specialty coffee that we have at the time of your purchase.  The free bag may or may not be the coffee you purchased, but your free bag of coffee will be one of our beautiful “specialty coffees.”

Shipping

Where will you ship orders?

  • Presently, we ship our silky smooth, aromatic coffee throughout the United States.


What is Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat Rate shipping allows you to pay one flat fee for the shipping of one bag of coffee. (Buy two or more bags the shipping is free).
  • On Federal Holidays, your coffee will be shipped the following business day.


What is your shipping schedule?

  • We ship Monday through Friday.


How long does it take to get my package?

  • We generally use USPS 3 day priority. Your date of receipt will depend on what date the order is placed.  Three day Priority Mail is defined as 3 business days. The 3 days does not begin until we receive notice and tracking from the shipper- which is the date USPS informs us of when your package will be delivered. There is no guarantee for transit time, but we will do our best to assist you, regarding tracking your package.


How does your order and shipping schedule work?

  • Orders are generally shipped out within one to two business days. On Federal Holidays, your coffee will be shipped out the following business day.


What is the shipping cost on Standard orders?

  • Customers will be charged a 5 dollar flat rate for one bag of coffee and no charge for 3 day USPS Priority Shipping, when purchasing two or more coffee bags.

What is your shipping schedule?

  • We ship Monday-Friday.


How long does it take to get my package?

  • We cannot guarantee an arrival date, however, once the package is in the USPS or UPS system, we will be able to track your package.


Do you ever run out of stock?

  • Once in a while our amazing coffees sell out on the website and there may be rare times we may not be able to fulfill your order, at the time of purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and you can have the choice of selecting one of our other wonderful coffees, or we can process you a refund. We always want you to be happy!


Do you ship internationally?

  • We are not able to ship internationally at this time.


Can you change the delivery address?

  • We are able to change the address at any time prior to the order being processed. If the order has been processed however, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Packaging

What coffee bag sizes are available for retail shops?

  • Presently, we have 12 oz bags for retail purchase, but other size bags may be able to be ordered. Please see our Wholesale Area for wholesale purchasing and we will be happy to help you regarding other sizes available for sale.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Event/Charity

Can I buy coffee for an Event or Charity I am organizing?

  • Yes.  Please contact us at sales@epicurencoffee.net.  We are very familiar with planning Events and Charity Functions.  We can definitely assist you with ideas for your Event and/or Charity.  Happy Planning!

Wholesale

Can I buy your amazing coffee in bulk?

  • We presently offer 12oz, and 5lb bags. We will also in the future be receiving 2.5 lb bags.  For more information, please contact us at sales@epicureancoffee.net.


Can I be a wholesale partner with Epicurean Coffee?

  • Please go to the Wholesale Section on our website and fill out the wholesale form.  We will reach out to you shortly and we look forward to working with you.

 Do you give 501 c(3) donations?

Do you give discounts?

  • Presently we have promotions that change weekly or monthly. Sign up for our newsletter, to make sure you receive our promotions- as soon as they drop.  Our coffee sells out fast, so the sooner you know what’s coming, the sooner you can get your coffee.  Look out for our national holiday promotions-plus many, many more!!

Federal Holidays

During Federal holidays, what is your shipping schedule?

  • We do not ship on Federal Holidays and follow the same holiday schedule as USPS. Our coffee will ship out the first business day after the Federal Holiday.


Will my order be delayed due to a holiday (including Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.)?

  • During the holidays, please allow for extra shipping time.
